Lieutenant Colonel Robert Wagner

     Originally trained as a navigator in a B-57, he later became qualified as a pilot flying the C-130. In 1966, (then) CPT Wagner earned the Distinguished Flying Cross at Luc Ninh,  Republic of Vietnam.
